This hands‑on operational admin role is responsible for site‑level implementation and administration of Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (QHSE) standards within a logistics/warehouse setting with a focus on Compliance, Documentation, Reporting, Training coordination and supporting investigations and audits.
About the Job
- Support the implementation of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (QHSE) standards across a busy logistics and warehouse operation
- Coordinate H&S compliance activities, including audits, inspections, corrective actions and legislative requirements
- Manage incident, near‑miss and risk reporting, ensuring investigations and follow‑up actions are completed and documented
- Administer training, inductions and certifications, maintaining accurate records for staff, contractors and visitors
- Provide hands‑on QHSE administration and engagement, including reporting, documentation control, site communications and H&S committee support
