GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under the general guidance of the medical director, the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with diseases and adverse health conditions following the written guidelines approved by the department.
We are seeking a Pediatric Hospital Medicine APP to join our established overnight team. This role is part of a collaborative group of APPs, physicians, and residents who provide comprehensive inpatient care for hospitalized children during the midnight shift. Responsibilities include admitting and discharging pediatric patients, performing clinical assessments, managing medications, conducting diagnostic evaluations, coordinating care with consulting services, and addressing overnight clinical needs. This position offers a consistent overnight schedule with rotating weekends. Providing pediatric‑sensitive, developmentally appropriate care is central to this role. The ideal candidate will work independently and collaboratively to deliver high‑quality pediatric care overnight.
