As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) you will provide technical research, analysis, and recommendations to the Program Managers and Air Force in developing short-and long-term strategic plans. You will utilize your in-depth experience in requirements development, logistics support, and readiness, programming, and mission suitability assessments to assist the Air Force ensuring secure, enduring, and redundant IA and MA systems are a top priority. Define and develop command requirements into historical and traceable documents that are critical to AF, DoW, and congressional leaders for program approval and funding.

You Have:
5+ years of experience in aircraft Life Cycle Logistics
Experience with Program Objective Memorandum (POM), “what-if-drills,” and all budgeting and funds management
Knowledge of Joint and Air Force requirements generation process
Knowledge of the DoW acquisition process
Ability to conduct analysis and provide recommendations
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience working with program management offices
Experience assessing modernization and sustainment activity impact on capability gaps
Knowledge of AMC command structure and staffing
Ability to analyze processes and provide recommendation for improvements
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skill
TS/SCI clearance
Life Cycle Logistics Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
