The Well Operations Resource Planning (WORP) Engineer supports geothermal well drilling and non-rig intervention activities by executing planning, monitoring, and readiness activities across company-owned equipment, 3rd party contractor assets, and support services. The role ensures that operational schedules are met by maintaining equipment readiness oversight, validating contractor compliance, and coordinating with the Material Control Coordinator for timely material availability. The role covers three key areas: (1) technical inventory management and alignment with operational requirements, (2) maintenance oversight of 3rd party contractor, and (3) maintenance management of company-owned equipment such as Coiled Tubing Units (CTU), Wireline systems, Compressor and Quenching Unit.
The WORP Engineer plays a tactical role in implementing resource planning processes, supporting operational execution, and providing data-driven insights to the Head of WORP.
The Engineer also drives continuous improvement initiatives, contributes to reliability programs, and works collaboratively across functions to embed quality, safety, and efficiency into resource planning processes.
