About the role
As an outbound sales and service consultant, you will be responsible for:
Making outbound calls to members daily
Having meaningful conversations with our existing members on their current RAC products
Providing support and general advice to new members
Work to conversion not product sales
This is a fulltime permanent position working Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.
About you
We’re looking for adaptable customer service and sales professionals who bring:
Strong computer literacy and the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems while engaging with members
Experience working in fast-paced environments with KPIs and sales targets, both individually and as part of a team
Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport
Empathy and resilience when supporting members through challenging situations
