Responsibilities:
1. 根据集团现有业务与发展需求，结合物流市场与行业趋势，负责对集团下属工厂的成品运输、成品出口、采购物流，仓储网络等物流模式，通过数据分析与流程诊断，进行物流运营模式的持续优化与物流数字化变革的持续推进。
2. 基于物流端到端关键运营指标，强化物流运营管理，提升运营绩效和客户满意度
3. 规划优质物流运作模式，整合现有资源提高效率，降低成本，防范和控制风险
4. 基于物流运营需求，参与实施物流数字化项目的前期规划与项目实施，持续跟踪落实项目上线后运营成效
5. 从响应速度、综合物流成本、物流安全及客户反馈等方面改善、提升运营绩效和异常处理
6. 指定、追踪、考核各项物流KPI指标，结合物流供应商的服务质量，定期评估，奖惩，淘汰等
7. 协调和平衡外部资源与内部需求，确保业绩目标达成，并有效控制和优化物流运作成本
8. 有效管理招标需求，监管招标执行进度和流程合规，追踪评估招标结果和运作成效
9. 通过多种模式创新和流程优化，设立、推进各类物流改善项目
