As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be part of the commercial sales team to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships within the assigned territory. In this role, you will be responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies, managing distributor and customer relationships, and achieving territory sales targets while maintaining high ethical and compliance standards.
Drive profitable sales growth within the assigned territory by promoting products to veterinarians, pet shops, breeders, distributors, and other relevant customers.
Execute company sales and marketing strategies, including territory coverage planning and product promotion activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers to ensure product liquidation, timely payments, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market feedback to support business decisions and territory growth.
Maintain accurate territory records, submit reports on time, and uphold the company’s values, ethics, and compliance standards.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in BA, BSc, BCom, BVSc, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–5 years of experience in Animal Health, Pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to independently manage territory sales targets and customer relationships.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred qualifications):
• Master’s Degree (MA, MS, MBA) preferred.
• Experience managing distributor relationships and key accounts.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and fluency in the local language.
• Travel: Frequent travel required within the assigned territory.
