Your Role: Key Account Executive CAB
Develop and implement business plans and strategies to develop and grow sales of Pet health products in existing and future markets. High attention in managing channel partner to ensure achieve the financial commitment of Pet health business.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Commercial Leadership (80%)
Business Planning: Establish and drive the implementation of market-focused business plans to achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets and non-sales KPIs.
Demand Generation: Drive market-related activities and create demand for Elanco’s product offerings across the Vietnam territory.
Team Management: Manage and coach the sales team to achieve targets.
Channel & Forecast Accuracy: Monitor sales performance and stocking of channel partners via weekly and monthly meetings to ensure product availability and improve forecast accuracy.
CRM Discipline: Manage customer inquiries and market updates in a timely manner using Veeva CRM (SFE).
Cross-functional Growth: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify new opportunities, services, and channels to increase sales.
2. Marketing & Brand Management (10%)
Brand Strategy: Define the vision and annual brand plan for Pet Health products, aligning with divisional strategies.
Campaign Execution: Develop and execute online/offline brand campaigns and activations; manage agency execution and conduct after-campaign analysis for continuous improvement.
Product Lifecycle: Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, RA, and QA on new product registrations, market evaluations, packaging, pricing, and stock management.
Digital & Content: Define the brand communication strategy, including social media content, community engagement, and overseeing the development of an affiliate pet health website.
Sales Support: Develop promotional materials (e-detailing, brochures, displays, gifts) to enrich sales kits and plan/execute industry events and seminars.
Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, analyze trends/competitors, and develop product positioning and pipeline strategies.
3. Technical & Clinical Leadership (10%)
Training: Lead and manage technical training courses for internal teams and distributors.
Clinical Evidence: Manage clinical trials to generate product efficacy data and lead vet seminars/workshops to enhance brand credibility.
Pharmacovigilance: Monitor, respond to, and report product complaints and adverse events in a timely and appropriate manner.
Others
Insights Exchange: Collaborate with global and regional technical teams to exchange insights and knowledge.
Continuous Learning: Complete all assigned marketing and technical training courses provided by Elanco.
Ensuring myself and my subordinates (if any) comply with the company rules and regulations including Ethics and Compliance and external laws and regulations.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
University degree
At least 5 years relevant experience
Best ability in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong ownership, result-oriented & leadership skills
