What is the role?
Reporting to the Head of Training, you’ll design and deliver engaging training and visual content to support onboarding, operations, and internal communications. You’ll also enhance our learning platforms, ensuring all materials are brand-aligned, visually engaging, and practical for real-world use.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Training Design & Delivery
- Review and enhance the Yoobic platform to implement engaging and effective training programs
- Design and develop learning materials including eLearning modules, presentations, videos, and supporting resources
- Translate campaign, operational, and business content into learner-focused training
- Write clear, practical training content that supports knowledge retention and application
Brand & Graphic Design
- Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print assets, ensuring brand consistency
- Update and align training materials with trademark templates and brand guidelines
- Maintain and apply brand standards across all training and visual outputs
- Produce high-quality, production-ready artwork using industry-standard design tools
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop engaging content
- Support ELT and senior leadership presentations with polished, on-brand visuals
- Collaborate across teams to ensure content is aligned to business priorities
Systems & Administration
- Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration and content management
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques
- Assist with ad-hoc design and training projects in a fast-paced environment
Who are we looking for?
You’re a creative and detail‑oriented designer who enjoys transforming ideas into engaging visual and learning experiences. You balance creativity with structure, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
You will bring:
- Qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Training & Development, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a graphic design, training, or blended learning role (multi-site or franchise experience highly regarded)
- Proven ability to design digital learning content (eLearning modules, presentations, video-based learning)
- Strong instructional design and training content writing capability
- Advanced skills in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite and similar)
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems
- Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Video editing capability (e.g. After Effects, Canva or similar)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
