Job Description:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the licensing division, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently for the business development and incremental revenues to the Division. This role involves managing resources, optimizing processes, and ensuring that senior sales executives work effectively and efficiently to achieve the divisional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Efficiency:
Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency in Licensing Division.
Monitor and analyse operational metrics to identify proper sales report review, contract control log, eLicensing management to support executive administrative team.
Coordinate and manage daily operational activities to ensure they align with the company's objectives.
Resource Management:
Oversee the allocation and utilisation of resources, including target category players in region, deep analysis of prospective companies’ business, and creating the professional filings.
Ensure that all resources are used effectively and kept updated from time to time in accordance with the clients’ demand and local market trend.
Reporting Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimisation and lead initiatives to implement improvements.
Work closely with SVP to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies.
Use data-driven analysis to support SVP to create efficient reports for the clients and improve the sales outcomes.
Clients’ Satisfaction:
Ensure that clients (licensors) needs and expectations are met through efficient operations and high-quality service.
Address and resolve any operational issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
