Research Associate (Physics/Mathematics)

This is a call for hiring a research associate to conduct research in the area of quantum thermodynamics, in particular for areas of interest such as (but not limited to) many-body quantum systems and catalytic resource theories.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct research in understanding the fundamental limits of controlling out-of-equilibrium quantum systems

• Perform literature review of relevant studies

• Assist in performing theoretical calculations, coding, and manuscript preparations

Job Requirements: 

• Possess a master’s degree with excellent academic performance in physics, mathematics or related fields (e.g. computer science)

• Have good analytical and coding skills

• Be strongly motivated and responsible to perform research activities
