Some people build categories. Others just manage them. We're looking for the former.
At Lyko, purchasing isn't a support function, it's how we grow. With over 87,000 products and more than 1,000 brand partners, our assortment is our biggest competitive advantage. Without the right suppliers, the right deals and the right people managing those relationships, we simply can't reach our goals as a company. That's not an exaggeration, it's just how we're built. We're in a phase where the decisions we make in purchasing today will shape what Lyko looks like tomorrow. Sounds like something that would tickle your fancy? Keep reading!
About the role 💄
As Category Manager at Lyko, you own the commercial performance of your part of the category. That means full responsibility for your supplier base, from negotiations and campaign execution to performance tracking and day-to-day relationships. You operate with real autonomy, make decisions that matter and work closely with your Senior Category Manager to execute on a category strategy that drives growth. This isn't a support role, it's a commercial ownership role. You'll be expected to identify what's working, fix what isn't and constantly push for better results.
In practice, this means:
Who we're looking for ✨
