The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to lead our retail operations and drive the success of our General Store/Petrol Station. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Some of your responsibilities include:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the store.

Lead the small retail team.

Manage inventory levels and merchandise displays.

Maintain a high standard of customer service

Monitor and analyze sales performance data

Maximize profitability through effective financial management.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Highly developed guest service skills.

Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.

Ability to work well under pressure and autonomously.

Computer literacy in particular the MS Office suite.

Great people and relationships building skills.
