Our client is a privately held real estate and property management firm with headquarters in Los Angeles, CA. They are hiring a Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an industrial property. This person will work independently, exercise sound judgment, and serve as the primary point of contact for tenants. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who brings strong customer service instincts and a working knowledge of commercial lease administration.

Responsibilities:
- Negotiate new leases and manage renewals, including drafting lease abstracts, preparing lease documentation, and coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Administer and enforce building policies and procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare detailed reports on property performance, track expenses, manage budgets, and produce financial reports.
- Conduct quarterly market surveys and oversee marketing efforts for the property.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee capital improvement projects, including soliciting bids, awarding contracts, and scheduling work.
- Travel as needed for market comparisons or to provide coverage at other properties.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field.
- Two years of commercial property management experience, with a focus on industrial real estate.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Yardi.
- Availability for after-hours emergencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- California Real Estate Salesperson License.
- Demonstrated expertise in lease negotiations and financial reporting for office or industrial/warehouse properties.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated judgment, discretion, and integrity.
