We’re a family-run business, deeply rooted in values that span generations. As we expand, we’re looking for Store Person to join us on this exciting journey and play a pivotal role in the future of Rombola Family Farms in Griffith, NSW, Mataranka, NT, Douglas-Daly, NT and Bundaberg, QLD.

Key operational accountabilities include:

• Receiving incoming goods, checking for damage and for discrepancies between goods and packing orders.
• Unloading vehicles, opening packages and removing contents.
• Operating RFF systems to obtain details of location and quantity of items in stock.
• Labelling goods with details of storage location.
• Packing and weighing goods and sealing boxes.
• Operating specialised equipment, such as manually and electronically guided order pickers, and checking goods off picking list.
• Assisting with regular stocktakes.
• Operating machines/equipment to lift, place and remove goods on high levels. May require using materials handling equipment, such as hydraulic pallet lifters and hand trucks, to move goods.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

• Current unencumbered Driver's License.
• Forklift license desirable.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.
• Team player who can work effectively with people from different backgrounds.
• Awareness and ability to adhere to rules and procedures.
• Flexibility in hours worked to achieve operational targets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• An attractive remuneration package based upon relevant qualifications and experience, salary range between $71,000 to $75,000 per annum
