What You’ll Do
This role focuses on developing and managing Sales Enablement products/tools in support of:
Achieving revenue growth targets.
Attainment of key performance metrics with a specific focus on SOTI One platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the full product lifecycle for sales enablement tools by helping with idea generation, feature planning, launches, and ongoing improvements.
Assist in building product strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and sales team priorities.
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, simple product requirements.
Help keep product, sales, engineering, cloud teams, and professional services aligned through clear communication and coordination.
Collaborate with developers to ensure technical solutions are scalable, maintainable, and deliver strong value.
Review product usage data and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements.
Help manage timelines, track risks, and support communication with stakeholders for assigned product areas.
Contribute to go‑to‑market activities, including preparing training materials and internal enablement resources for new features.
Qualifications
Pursuing Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Exposure to product management and development.
Passion for product development and a strategic mindset.
Developing the minimum viable product (MVP) within a budget and timeline
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize technical and business information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha, ClickUp etc.).

Replacement Role - The targeted compensation range for this position typically falls between $50,000 - $60,000 annually. Final compensation is determined by education, experience, and internal equity principles.
