Full-time (38 hours per week) – Froebel Fitzroy North

Work days: Monday to Friday

Froebel Fitzroy North is one of five not-for-profit Froebel early learning centres in Australia, and a truly special place to work. Our program is shaped by immersive language learning (with a second language focus on German), inquiry-based learning through our Little Scientists program, and frequent excursions (including a Bush Kinder program) that connect us with our local community.

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified Early Childhood Teacher
• Demonstrated 1+ year(s) experience leading a team and/or room in an early childhood setting
• Someone who communicates thoughtfully and builds trusting relationships
• A team player with energy, initiative and emotional maturity
• A teacher excited by immersive language learning and inquiry-based STEM
• Ideally you speak German or have some German language knowledge (preferred but not required)
• A strong understanding of and commitment to child safety and ethical practice
• And above all, someone with warmth, positivity, and a heart for children
