We are seeking an Office Assistant (Part-Time position) to support the daily operations of the office while providing hands-on assistance to operations when needed. This role ensures an organized work environment, manages simple administrative tasks. Ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.
Responsibilities:
Office Management
- Maintain general office operations and facility coordination.
- Facilitating the Friday bar and other social events.
- Coordinating with other offices, global HR activities, and campaigns
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and office facility vendors.
- Manage and assist with internal event coordination and support team administrative needs.
- Coordinate office-related service providers (cleaning, canteen, maintenance, utilities).
- Be responsible for office hours tidiness (Attendance on Tuesday morning is a must)
- Lab tidiness
Logistics & Shipment Support
- Assist in receiving goods and warehouse stacking when needed
Requirements
- Positive, service-minded, and proactive
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Danish.
- Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within part-time hours.
- Close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability, confidentiality, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Part-time (12-20 hours/week, flexible according to company needs).
- On-site presence required for office tasks.
- Close collaboration with Administration, R&D, Operations, Marketing and Finance teams.
