Who we are:
EX.CO is the video technology fueling growth for media leaders worldwide. Since we launched, our mission has been to shape the future of media technology, powering publishers’ business success in a rapidly changing reality. Today, we partner with leading media companies—including USA Today, Hearst Newspapers, Motorsport Network, The Arena Group (Parade, The Street), and Ziff Davis —to power their video strategy across every screen: web, mobile apps, CTV, and DOOH. Our technology combines an online video platform with a machine learning-based yield engine, giving media owners the control, scale, and transparency they need to thrive.
What drives us is simple: we’re stronger together, always evolving, and radically transparent. Collaboration fuels our best work, innovation keeps us ahead, and honesty builds lasting trust with our colleagues, partners, and customers. We are proudly backed by The Walt Disney Company, Saban Ventures, Viola Group, 83North, and others.
Now we’re growing our team—and that’s where you come in. We’re building a place where talented people make an impact, ideas spark change, and everyone has a seat at the table
What You’ll Do
The People & Workspace Admin is at the heart of EX.CO’s employee experience in the US — the person who makes sure employees feel supported, connected, and excited to come to work every day. This is a highly visible, hands-on role with real ownership and impact across People Operations, workplace experience, company culture, and day-to-day office management.
As part of EX.CO’s global HR team, you’ll work closely with teams across New York City and Tel Aviv and play a key role in shaping the employee experience for our growing NYC office of 30 employees. This is an opportunity to join a growing global tech company where your ideas, ownership, and creativity will have a real impact on company culture and day-to-day employee life.
You’ll manage and improve key HR processes including HRIS administration, onboarding and offboarding, employee records, benefits administration, compliance tracking, performance cycle coordination, and internal People resources. Beyond maintaining day-to-day operations, you’ll have the opportunity to build smarter, more scalable processes, introduce automation, and help shape how People Operations evolves as the company grows.
This role also owns the full workplace experience for our NYC office. You’ll lead office operations, vendor management, facilities coordination, supplies, health & safety, and overall workspace management — ensuring employees have an organized, welcoming, and high-energy environment where they can do their best work.
Beyond operations, this role plays a major part in shaping EX.CO’s culture and employee engagement. You’ll have the creative freedom and ownership to plan and execute company events, happy hours, offsites, wellbeing initiatives, employee recognition programs, and global company moments together with our Tel Aviv office.
If you’re someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving how things work, creating meaningful employee experiences, and being a central part of a growing global company — this role is for you.
