Manager, Global Sales Training
Location: Remote or on-site in Bradenton, FL
Base Salary Rate: $146,039 - $171,810 per year

About This Role
The Global Sales Training Leader is responsible for defining and executing a global sales enablement strategy that ensures sales teams and partners can clearly, consistently, and confidently articulate differentiated product and solution value. This role focuses on translating business strategy, product innovation, and customer outcomes into compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and sales conversations that accelerate growth across all regions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
• Define and lead the global sales training strategy aligned to business growth priorities • Establish enterprise standards for sales capability, product knowledge, and field readiness • Partner with Sales, Product, and Regional Leadership to ensure alignment of training to market needs
Commercial Enablement
• Translate sales strategy and product roadmap into structured learning programs that drive pipeline growth and conversion • Embed best in class sales methodologies and technical selling capabilities across the organization • Drive consistency in customer engagement, value articulation, and solution positioning
Training & Product Expertise
• Lead development of training frameworks to strengthen product knowledge and application expertise • Ensure field teams are equipped to effectively position complex solutions with confidence and accuracy • Align closely with Product and Engineering to maintain current, differentiated training content
Execution & Delivery
• Oversee design and deployment of scalable, blended learning solutions (digital, instructor led, on the job) • Leverage platforms (e.g., LMS) to drive adoption, track completion, and enable continuous learning • Ensure global consistency with flexibility for regional market requirements
Performance & Impact
• Define and monitor KPIs linking training effectiveness to business outcomes (revenue growth, win rates, time to productivity) • Drive continuous improvement through data driven insights and feedback loops • Establish clear accountability for capability development across regions and functions
Key Deliverables / Success Measures
• Increased sales productivity and improved win rates • Reduced time to productivity for new hires • Strong adoption of global training programs and tools • Measurable improvement in technical proficiency and customer engagement quality • Alignment of training outcomes to revenue, margin, and growth targets
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 12+ years of experience in sales enablement, technical sales training, or commercial leadership roles
Preferred Qualifications
• Proven track record of building and scaling global training programs in a complex, matrixed organization • Strong understanding of sales processes, technical selling, and product lifecycle • Experience working across regions (NA, EMEA, APAC/LATAM preferred) • Drive cross functional alignment • Data driven mindset with experience linking training investments to business outcomes
