Job Summary As a Summer Guest Services Agent at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, you play a key role in delivering a seamless, personalized and memorable mountain experience from arrival to departure. You are often the first and last interaction our guests have and you set the tone for their visit. The Role includes both indoor and outdoor responsibilities, requiring flexibility, professionalism and a strong understanding of daily operations. Guest Services agents are expected to: • Consistently deliver warm, authentic and knowledgeable service that reflects our Guest Obsessed culture • Maintain strong working knowledge of our POS system, products, promotions, policies and activity offerings • Stay informed on daily operational updates including weather, trail conditions, lift status, events and activity details • Confidently guide guests to ensure they are fully prepared for a safe and successful day on the mountain • Actively monitor lift access points and scan passes with attention and awareness to prevent misuse and fraudulent activity • Support guest flow and maintain a welcoming and organized environment Above all, Guest Services Agents anticipate needs, communicate clearly and create an experience that feels effortless and authentically Revelstoke.
