Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a full-time embedded GSOC Intelligence Analyst to join a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center for a major professional services client. The GSOC supports the organization's incident and crisis management, intelligence analysis, travel security, and security operations functions.
The full-time role will be based in Singapore at Crisis24's Global Operations Center. The contract term length is 12-months, with potential for annual renewal. The expected shift rotation will be weekday and weekend 12-hour shifts 7am - 7pm. Occasional overnight shifts 7pm-7am are likely to be required as well as occasionally working Singapore holidays. The expected average number of hours per week are 40-42. Employees are eligible for weekend and holiday premium pay.
This role is suited for candidates with strong research and professional writing skills, and with previous experience in, or a strong interest in, global security, geopolitics, intelligence, and investigations. The successful candidate will be a strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision, manage competing priorities, and deliver accurate work to tight deadlines. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment and communicating clearly and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
What You Will Work On
• Monitor and respond to threats and crisis situations, using independent judgment and professional training aligned with client standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Monitor relevant intelligence and incident alerts and assess client impact on travelers, assets, and operations • Leverage intelligence platforms and use open-source intelligence techniques to identify and assess threats to the business • Provide timely and relevant intelligence to client stakeholders • Produce succinct written and oral assessments with beneficial analysis • Triage various client requests and ensure that stakeholders get the information and services they require in a timely manner • Conduct persons of interest (POI) investigations and other open-source investigative products • Assist in producing briefings, presentations, communication documents, or policies • Maintain client metrics and produce regular reports • Frequently liaise with the client to better understand their requirements and concerns • Be consistently engaged daily with teammates • Other duties as assigned within the scope of the dedicated client program
Who You Will Work With
The embedded GSOC Intelligence Analyst will be part of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) team, supporting the delivery of operational security monitoring, incident response, crisis management, and intelligence analysis. The role will work closely with Security Operations leaders, and other members of the company’s Security function, as well as employees and key stakeholders across the organisation. The GSOC will have a mix of personnel from the client, Crisis24, and potentially other vendors.
What You Will Bring • 1–4 years of relevant experience in security operations, intelligence, investigations, or a related field • Strong research, analytical, and professional writing skills, with the ability to deliver clear, accurate, and timely output in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and professionally to a range of stakeholders • Previous experience in, or a strong interest in, global security, geopolitics, intelligence, or investigations • The ability to assess information, exercise sound judgement, and escalate issues appropriately in support of security operations and incident response • A sound understanding of threat-related issues in a corporate or operational environment, and the ability to make balanced, business-relevant decisions • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Confidence in using a range of systems and technology to support operational monitoring, communication, and stakeholder engagement • A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in a relevant discipline such as International Relations, Security Studies, Intelligence, Criminology, or a related field
