What Learning Development and Delivery contributes to Cardinal Health
Learning Development and Delivery is responsible for developing, deploying, and evaluating learning solutions to enhance employee development and organizational capabilities in alignment with business strategies. This involves analyzing learning needs, creating curricula, managing third-party training, and delivering instructor-led sessions and materials to maximize the value of learning for employees.
We are currently looking for a Coordinator - Learning Development and Delivery to support the Manager, International Sales & Leadership Training in Dublin, Ireland.
