As a Relationship Manager, you will be the face of our company, representing Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd to potential and existing clients. Your primary goal is to understand client needs, offer suitable loan products, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan journey. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
- Offer personalized loan solutions, including Loan Against Property (LAP) products, to meet client needs.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new loan products to provide the best advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and legal, to ensure a seamless loan approval process.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing queries and concerns.

- A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of Loan Against Property (LAP) products and the Indian mortgage market.
