About the role
This is an opportunity to play a key role in how safety and wellbeing initiatives are delivered across Bunnings.
As Project Lead, you’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to large‑scale programs and improvements that support our team members and the business. You’ll sit at the centre of a complex portfolio, helping translate strategy into coordinated, achievable delivery.
What’s involved
In this role, you’ll focus on turning plans into sustainable outcomes by:
Developing and maintaining integrated delivery plans across major safety and wellbeing initiatives and improvements
Leading project and supporting change planning from concept through to embedment
Tracking milestones, risks and dependencies, and providing clear updates to senior leaders
Identifying portfolio‑wide interdependencies, capacity constraints and change impacts
Supporting prioritisation and sequencing to ensure initiatives land effectively
Partnering closely with program owners and functional teams to enable consistent ways of working
About you
You’re comfortable navigating complexity and enjoy bringing order to ambiguity. You think strategically but stay grounded in delivery, with a strong ability to connect the dots across multiple initiatives.
You build trusted relationships, communicate clearly and influence thoughtfully across all levels of the business. Collaboration matters to you, and you’re motivated by work that has real, lasting impact.
What you’ll need
Demonstrated experience leading complex programs or projects in large, multi‑site organisations
Strong project and change management capability, including integrated planning
Proven stakeholder management skills in fast‑moving or ambiguous environments
Confidence synthesising complex information for senior leaders
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (preferred)
Experience working with project management systems to support integrated planning, tracking and reporting across complex initiatives
You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
