Compliance Administrator 3 Month Fixed Term Contract Location: Remote Home Working £28,000 per annum FTE Grandir UK is looking for a highly organised and detail focused Compliance Administrator to join our friendly Recruitment team. In this role, you will support the administration of safer recruitment and compliance processes across the business, helping to ensure all onboarding and DBS requirements are completed accurately and efficiently. You will also act as a first point of contact for compliance related queries from new starters and existing employees. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.
What you’ll be doing: Managing the compliance inbox and responding to queries Processing DBS checks for new starters and existing employees where required Updating employee records and maintaining accurate information on the HR system Maintaining and overseeing the master DBS tracking spreadsheet Supporting Nursery Managers and Deputy Managers with compliance processes Producing reports for the Compliance Manager Providing general administrative support to the wider HR team Assisting with compliance and HR projects when required What we’re looking for: Previous administration experience, ideally within Education, Early Years, HR, or a regulated environment Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Able to manage workload effectively and work independently Professional, approachable, and able to build positive working relationships Understanding of safer recruitment practices would be advantageous
