Position Overview:
The Total Rewards Specialist (Benefits) is a member of the Total Rewards team and plays a key role in delivering benefits, perks, and recognition programs that support employees globally. Deeply curious by nature and committed to leaving every process, partnership, and experience better than they found it, this role brings energy and care to their work every day.With a primary focus on U.S. benefits administration, the Specialist is hands‑on and detail‑driven, owning defined day‑to‑day processes while also supporting global rewards and recognition initiatives. Passionate about taking care of employees and being great at what they do, this role contributes to a consistent, high‑quality employee experience across regions, working closely with HR Operations, Payroll, HRIS, and external vendors across North America and EMEA.
Benefits Administration (U.S. Focus)
Own day‑to‑day processes within U.S. benefits administration, including enrollments, life events, approvals, and employee inquiries.
Process and monitor Workday benefits transactions and approvals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Support benefits and payroll reconciliation activities and assist with investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation related to benefits and rewards.
Compliance, Vendors & Regional Support
Support U.S. benefits compliance activities, including coordinating ACA data and supporting annual filings.
Coordinate day‑to‑day interactions with benefits brokers and vendors across the U.S. and EMEA, ensuring issues are followed through to resolution.
Provide operational support for EMEA benefits and rewards programs, including statutory or region‑specific plans, in partnership with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
Systems, Recognition & Global Programs
Support Workday benefits integrations and region‑specific configurations across EMEA.
Administer recognition and perks programs, including Goose Awards and other global initiatives, owning routine administration and tracking.
Support global recognition and perks activities to ensure consistent execution and positive employee experience across regions.
Contribute ideas and input to Total Rewards projects and ongoing process improvements.
Working knowledge of U.S. benefits administration with interest or exposure to global benefits or rewards programs.
Experience working with Workday or a similar HRIS is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with confidential employee data.
Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment.
Clear communicator who works well across regions and time zones and is comfortable asking questions and escalating when needed.
