As Technical Operations Manager, you will take overall responsibility for ensuring that Axis's technical facility environments are robust, efficient and future-proof.
The role combines operational responsibility for facility management with the strategic technical development of an extensive and technically advanced property portfolio.
Axis's property portfolio encompasses approximately 140,000 sqm of office space, primarily owned and located in Lund, Sweden. Axis also leases premises in Linköping and Stockholm.
The role reports to the Director of Real Estate and Facilities, is part of the management team and leads a team of 1 manager and 5 employees.
We are looking for an experienced leader with a background in facility operations, technical property management or building services – preferably from industrial, technology or real estate organisations where operational reliability and technical complexity are central.
You have:
You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
To succeed in this role, you need a demonstrable track record as a strong leader with the ability to develop organisations in complex technical environments.
You are a clear and confident leader with a strategic mindset and a strong drive for execution. You create structure, drive development and build trust – both within the organisation and in collaboration with external partners.
