Our Northern Texas location is seeking a Deal Services Associate.

Primary Responsibilities
Participates in quality of earnings due diligence engagement related to acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers.
Analyzes financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management.
Prepares/evaluates pro forma financial information.
Evaluates effects of seasonality and cyclicality on cash flow requirements.
Performs Industry and company research. Correlates due diligence findings with client valuations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required – Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
Eligible to sit for CFA, CPA or other post graduate degree or relevant industry/service certification a plus.
General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
