Job Description
We’re looking for a French-speaking intern to join our OneSource team in Kraków.
Role description:
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for Work Order management, & maintaining data accuracy
Keep records up to date by making necessary changes, updates, and additions
Manage repair requests and preventative maintenance scheduling with customers and vendors.
Work with ServiceMax & SAP
Collaborate closely with Operations and other PKI teams
Role requirements:
First experiences with data entry systems
Fluency in French (at least C1 level)
Very good command of English
Strong attention to detail to ensure data is entered correctly and consistently
Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks
Team player mindset
