职位名称：QC巡检（质量检验员）

岗位职责

1. 负责生产过程中的质量巡检，确保各环节符合公司质量体系（QIS）标准；

2. 严格执行检验规程，完成首件检验、过程抽检及相关记录填写，确保数据真实、准确；

3. 监控生产线关键质量点，及时发现并反馈异常，协助推动问题解决；

4. 熟练使用电脑及办公软件，整理、汇总检验数据，生成质量报表；

5. 对不符合质量要求的产品或操作予以制止并上报，坚持原则，不徇私情；

6. 参与质量改善活动，协助完善检验标准与流程。

任职要求

1. 高中、中专或以上学历，质量检验、医药化工、机械或相关专业优先；

2. 女性优先，年龄35周岁以下，有质量相关经验者可适当放宽;

3. 身体健康，无噪音、粉尘、高温，职业禁忌症，需持有效健康证（面试通过后统一安排体检，合格后方可入职）；并遵守安全防护规定；

4. 具备质量检验基础知识和经验，了解医疗器械或制造业质量管理流程者优先；

5. 熟练操作电脑及常用办公软件（如Excel、Word），能独立完成数据录入与报告整理；

6. 为人正直、责任心强，敢于坚持原则，具备良好的沟通与协调能力；

7. 能适应生产节奏，配合必要的倒班安排（如有需要）；
