As a Specialist, you will bring your technical experience establishing procedures to ensure client satisfaction to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture.
Reporting to the Manager, LNR Support, you will play a key role on the Sales Governance team. You will support record processing, automation, standardization, and governance activities that enable end-to-end support from our sales teams.
What will I be doing?
- Provide email and case‑based support to partners by capturing requests and advising on appropriate next steps.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and up‑to‑date documentation for support, administrative, and audit processes.
- Manage your own mailbox and workflow, monitoring progress and coordinating with internal and external partners.
- Assist with partner and customer inquiries, user requests, policy and procedural questions, and escalations, delivering best‑practice guidance on products and services within defined authority.
- Support a variety of administrative tasks and contribute to assigned projects.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Recommend and support process improvements while maintaining documentation for internal and external customers.
- Participate in recurring team meetings, cross‑functional initiatives, and sales‑partner engagements.
- Partner with Commercial and IT teams to support sales system testing, enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts.
Projects you'll take ownership of:
- Support data cleanup initiatives, quality checks, and audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information across sales systems and processes.
- Contribute to the achievement of annual departmental objectives and key initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to reduce inefficiencies, address team pain points, and support a sustainable work/life balance for yourself and your colleagues.
What are we looking for?
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced administrative or support role.
- Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
- Experience to hospitality, travel, sales systems, project coordination, customer service, or sales functions.
- Familiarity with sales support systems is helpful (e.g., Salesforce, Cvent, OnQ SM, OnQ R&I).
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule.
- Travel up to 20%
It would be useful if you have:
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry.
- Experience in administrative, customer service, sales support, or related roles.
- Knowledge of GDS (Global Distribution Systems).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Cvent, OnQ SM, and OnQ R&I.
