POSITION SUMMARY
Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff. Record, monitor, and update list of ‘Do Not Disturb' rooms. Ensure that vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the necessary time and assign rush rooms and rooms previously on the ‘Do Not Disturb' list. Complete required Housekeeping paperwork.
販売済み客室レポートを作成し、客室状況を確認するとともに、客室ステータスの不一致(Discrepant Rooms)を特定し、清掃の優先順位を決定する。チェックアウト済み客室のステータス更新を行う。ハウスキーピング管理者を補佐し、日々の業務運営をサポートする。ハウスキーピング、エンジニアリング、フロントオフィス、ランドリー各部門との連携役として調整を行う。客室ステータスの不一致に関する問題をフロントデスクと連携して記録・解決する。ハウスキーピングスタッフへの客室割り当てを作成・配布する。「Do Not Disturb(起こさないでください)」客室リストを記録・管理・更新する。空室かつ未清掃の客室が所定時間内に清掃されるよう管理し、至急対応が必要な客室や、以前「Do Not Disturb」だった客室の割り当てを行う。必要なハウスキーピング関連書類および報告書を作成・管理する。

Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely. Enter and locate work-related information using computers. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
