We are seeking a Technical Writer to build and maintain high-quality, AI-ready documentation for AI assistant services and internal platforms.
The ideal candidate will transform source content from Confluence and other knowledge bases into clear, structured, and modular documentation that integrates seamlessly with AI assistants.
This role requires a blend of strong information architecture skills, cloud and infrastructure literacy, and hands-on experience in enabling AI systems to retrieve, classify, and present technical content effectively.
You will also design and maintain classification models/taxonomies and author content that captures infrastructure, domain knowledge, business workflows, and architecture in a consistent and discoverable format.
Understanding of Platform standards, articulate around business domains, sub domains and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Refine and standardize content from Confluence for AI assistant ingestion and retrieval
Create structured documentation with metadata and taxonomy for better discoverability
Define documentation guardrails, patterns, and runbooks covering infrastructure, domains, and workflows
Design and implement classification frameworks, including tagging, QA, and governance
Integrate documentation with internal AI platforms and validate ingestion quality
Monitor content freshness, accuracy, and retrieval effectiveness
Requirements
3–7 years of experience in technical writing or information architecture (preferably in cloud/platform environments)
Strong experience with Confluence and preparing content for AI assistants or knowledge retrieval systems
Understanding of banking or financial domain and ability to interpret solution/architecture diagrams
Experience in taxonomy design and multi-category classification
Excellent writing, editing, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Docs-as-Code (Markdown, YAML, JSON)
Basic knowledge of CI/CD workflows
Ability to create simple architecture diagrams
Experience in regulated environments and working with content quality metrics
