Lead and manage facility maintenance team to provide maintenance functions for the responsible assets to ensure equipment and facilities in the stations are functioning properly to cope with the requirements of the Asset Management System, Operating Agreement, Integration Management System and Customer Service Pledges, as well as up to the Performance Standards
Review and ensure the performance of contractors, improvement and maintenance works implementation for the responsible equipment / systems to achieve the required performance standards
Review asset replacement strategy regularly to propose the short and long-term replacement plan for uplifting the performance of equipment
Organise and review technical investigation, analyse maintenance requirements and make recommendations to improve the current performance level and long-term modifications
Lead the equipment condition survey and collect field performance data to support asset condition & capability assessment, and initiate and organize tests, trials and modifications for improvement of plant efficiencies, environment and energy conservation
Organise, propose and monitor the facility maintenance budget including in-house manpower, overheads and material expenditure, resources utilization improvement and cost effectiveness enhancement
Implement and review the maintenance documentation of the responsible equipment
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, of which 3 years should be in engineering management / supervisory capacity
Good analytical, communication and people management skills
