Responsibilities 

• Perform routine repair and maintenance at the Corporation’s managed residential property for electricity, fire services, plumbing and drainage, HVAC plants, etc, including performance management of contractors/worker
• Handle related documentations and attend emergency repair as required

Requirements

• Craft Certificate or relevant certificates in a related engineering discipline
• A minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience in frontline maintenance 
• Safety-focused with strong sense of responsibility and ability of leading contractors/workers

Remarks

• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
