Create design methodologies and establish frameworks that guide our product strategy and creative approach
Provide clear infrastructure and design guidelines to enable other teams to implement design templates and components within our platforms
Train AI models to generate relevant design outcomes, workflows, and creation systems - evaluating results to optimize AI performance and enhance our automated design capabilities
Validate team concepts for our products by creating design assets and conducting comprehensive testing to assess the viability of new design approaches
3+ years of experience in design systems, product design or graphic design
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design
Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
Portfolio demonstrating systematic design thinking and problem-solving
High level of graphic and visual design abilities using typography, layout, and composition to deliver impactful visuals
Understanding of digital and web design principles, and both historical and contemporary design.
Strong understanding of usability testing, concept validation, and design
evaluation methods
Experience with design research methodologies with the ability to distil complex research into practical design frameworks
Experience with AI model evaluation, and optimization.
