As a Business Consultant specialized in Data & AI, you will act as the vital bridge between complex business challenges and innovative technical solutions. You will be responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end integration of Data and Artificial Intelligence into our clients' DNA, ensuring technology serves the people and the business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle of high-impact Data & AI projects, managing scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring the operationalization of AI strategies.
Business-Tech Orchestration: Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications, acting as a translator between stakeholders and technical squads.
AI Integration & Change Management: Redesign workflows and manage the cultural shift required for large-scale AI adoption, moving from pilot projects to core business drivers.
Data Governance & Strategy: Define frameworks, data models, and documentation standards to ensure effective, scalable, and secure data management.
Value Creation: Identify new data solutions and GenAI opportunities to increase the value delivered to clients across multiple industries (Banking, Media, Telco, etc.).
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Consulting Experience: Proven track record (6+ years) in Business Consulting or Project Management, specifically within the Data & Analytics ecosystem.
Data & AI Expertise: Strong understanding of Data Modeling, Data Governance, and Business Intelligence. Experience or certification in GenAI and Cloud platforms (Azure or GCP) is a significant advantage.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to gather KPIs and translate user needs into actionable technical requirements (Data Pipelines, ETL, Models).
Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Certified Scrum Product Owner is a plus) and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and SQL.
Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and present commercial proposals to C-level stakeholders.
Adaptability: A genuine passion for helping organizations become more agile and responsive through data-driven innovation.
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory.
