Job Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, S and C-corporations 

• Conduct online tax research

• Identify key planning opportunities throughout the year and develop a framework for tax strategies that best align with client needs and goals

• Assist in identifying and promoting the development of new delivery capabilities and/or channels to satisfy evolving market requirements

• Support the partner team in the development and planning of practice strategy, objectives, and budgets

• Build on mentorship capabilities by guiding key talent through constructive criticism and growth opportunities 

• Lead and supervise staff by actively managing a pipeline of projects and resources

• Maintain great relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to provide a tailored service 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in US tax consulting/compliance within public accounting

• Minimum of 1 year experience in supervising the work of others, including delegation, training and development of staff and interns

• Experience with a wide variety of entity types

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Accounting or Taxation

• CPA or equivalent credential

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $99,000-$131,900. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
