Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Manager with expertise in ESG Strategy and Sustainability to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role requiring a dynamic individual who can lead, strategize, and implement sustainable practices aligned with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the development and execution of ESG strategies and initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into business operations.
Identify and analyze ESG risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Drive compliance with global ESG standards and frameworks while ensuring continuous improvement in sustainability performance.
Monitor and report on ESG metrics and progress to senior leadership, investors, and other stakeholders.
Serve as a thought leader in sustainability and ESG strategy, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience Level: Open to candidates with 10 to 14 years of experience in relevant fields.
Educational Qualifications: Not specified, but a background in sustainability, environmental science, business strategy, or a related field is advantageous.
Proven experience in implementing ESG or sustainability strategies is a strong plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver impactful results.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills for managing teams and influencing stakeholders.
Work Environment
