Team Introduction
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in Creator Growth:
- Address creators' needs and resolve issues in their LIVE rooms by submitting tickets through internal tools.
- Identify growth opportunities for creators by analyzing recent trends and strategies used by LIVE creators.
2. Supporting Campaign GTM:
- Assist in creating promotional materials that highlight campaign information
- Assist creators in understanding campaign information and troubleshooting for them
- Consolidate feedback from creators on campaigns
3. Translation and Proofreading:
- Translate external announcements, product features, policies, and campaign materials as needed, from English to Chinese and vice versa
- Proofread translated content to maintain accuracy and consistency.
4. In-App Platform Mastery:
- Be proficient in using in-app and design platforms such as Canva and Figma, etc., for content creation and design purposes.
- Utilize these tools to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of promotional materials.
5. Experience Data Sorting and Collection:
- Assist in sorting and organizing data related to user experiences, feedback, and analytics
- Support in the collection and analysis of data to inform marketing strategies
