TikTok Shop's Governance and Experience (GNE) team is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. The GNE Data Science,Strategy and Insight will working closely with the business from new business opportunities exploration to key metrics set-up. Responsibilities
- Responsible for US e-commerce business strategy, involved in business development and key metrics analysis.
- Conduct industry research, including but not limited to merchants or product governance, user experience improvement, logistics support and other fields, refining and summarizing industry best practices and providing specific implementation solutions and recommendations.
- Use analytics tools to produce critical business insights, to ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help the team build strategic partnerships and drive initiatives forward.
