Team Introduction:
The Pangle Product Strategy & Operations (PSO) team is part of the Global Monetization Product & Technology (GMPT) organization and has a strong advertiser focus and a dedication to technical excellence. We work with advertisers from all verticals, regional business teams, and TikTok product pillar counterparts, and Pangle headquarters product and tech teams, aiming to deliver highly efficient advertising solutions to drive TikTok for Business performance ads revenue growth.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations and optimization of advertisers across the NA and LATAM regions, including handling client inquiries and providing Pangle product solutions
- Assist with onboarding and launching new product tests, and help address basic QA related questions during the testing process
- Support contributes to client pitch decks, while helping with advertising campaign monitoring, data analysis, and reporting
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, advertiser needs, and competitor strategies
