As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
Category Campaign Operations
- Support monthly womenswear category campaigns, including: Seller enrollment tracking
- Campaign configuration and setup
- SKU readiness monitoring
- Progress tracking and operational follow-up
- Build and maintain campaign trackers and dashboards
- Monitor campaign performance and identify operational risks or gaps
Brand Campaign Support
- Assist Account Managers (AMs) in preparing and executing brand campaigns
- Coordinate with sellers on campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Support campaign setup across internal systems
- Help track campaign performance and prepare recap analysis
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Live, Affiliate/Creator, Marketing, and Operations teams to support integrated campaign initiatives
- Support live-streaming and creator-related campaign coordination
- Help improve execution efficiency and workflow visibility across teams
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze campaign performance, seller participation, and product trends
- Identify best practices and optimization opportunities
- Support the development of campaign playbooks and operational documentation
