As a Regional Integrated Content Manager on the LatAm & GFG Marketing team, you will lead the content operating model and editorial governance that enable high-quality, compliant content across public and client-facing channels. You will translate business priorities into integrated content programs and lifecycle journeys that improve client engagement and support growth. You will drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows with strong controls, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish regional editorial governance, workflows, quality standards, and operating cadence to align priorities across markets and stakeholders.
- Define human-in-the-loop standards for AI-assisted content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and appropriate controls.
- Develop editorial guardrails (voice and tone, templates, sourcing, quality checks, and version control) to protect content quality and the client experience.
- Partner with risk and control stakeholders to enable efficient review processes with clear accountability and auditability.
- Lead adoption of AI-enabled content workflows, including prompt standards, evaluation approaches, and measurement of efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Translate priority themes into integrated narratives, campaigns, and segmented journeys tailored to audience needs and market context.
- Create and curate content with internal and external partners, ensuring clarity, suitability, and consistent editorial standards.
- Build banker enablement packages (talk tracks, modular content blocks, FAQs, and toolkits) to support consistent client conversations.
- Define success metrics and dashboards, and optimize performance through testing and continuous improvement.
- Manage agency and vendor support where applicable, setting clear briefs, timelines, and quality expectations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or integrated marketing within wealth management, private banking, investments, or financial services.
- Advanced editorial judgment and storytelling skills, with the ability to elevate AI-assisted drafts while protecting brand integrity and accuracy.
- Experience implementing governed AI-enabled content workflows, including human review, control design, and quality measurement.
- Experience building segmented audience frameworks and lifecycle journeys to support personalization.
- Demonstrated technology leadership across marketing and digital ecosystems and internal platforms (e.g., JPMorgan Online, Marketo, Connectmail, Prospect Portal) and external channels; strong measurement orientation (including Adobe Analytics).
- Strong program management and operating-model skills, including building workflows, calendars, cross-functional execution, and continuous improvement loops.
