About the Team The HR Operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Responsibilities 1. Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle (i.e. Onboarding, Leave Management and Offboarding) Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and operational procedures. 2. Assist in maintaining and improving HR operational processes to ensure they are clear, efficient, and consistent. 3. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other HR Operations teams across regions. 4. Help ensure HR processes are managed in line with local labour regulations and company policies. 5. Handle employee inquiries and provide timely support to help resolve HR-related questions or issues. 6. Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and data tracking to support better operational efficiency.
