As a Product Manager in Fulfillment and Archive Services (FAS), you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will also mentor and coach Product Analysts, building a high-performing product team.
Job responsibilities- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Operate effectively in a data-intensive environment with large archival and historical datasets.
- Understand backend processing flows and connect data across systems to identify root causes, uncover opportunities, and improve product decisions.
- Communicate complex technical and analytical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior leaders.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, technical requirements, and prioritized backlog decisions for engineering and data teams.
- Partner closely with engineering, architecture, operations, controls, and compliance teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and stable solutions.
Use product, operational, and data insights to inform roadmap trade-offs and continuous improvement decisions.
- Mentor and coach Product Analysts on product management best practices, including problem framing, solution design, prioritization, adoption strategy, and delivery excellence.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to translate analytical and technical work into clear, actionable requirements for engineering and data teams.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong prioritization, decision-making, and execution capabilities in cross-functional environments.
- Experience working with large data sets and backend process dependencies in enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior product talent, including Product Analysts.
