- Manage business and distribution for SME business within Business Lending Group for complex geographical locations (bigger geographical areas with multiple districts and business pockets) with different business dynamics
- Optimise portfolio yield
- The business will cater to clients with turnover over between 25 - 100 Crs
- Ensuring overall portfolio and revenue targets are met.
- Building profitable franchise for SME.
- Manage and arrest slippage and maintain portfolio quality
- Collaborating with lenders to customise lending solutions
- Client Relationship Management in terms of risk & compliance
- Building sourcing channel with sharp focus on sourcing through branch
- Manage financial health and growth of SMEs ,₹25–100 Cr turnover, ₹5–15 Cr credit exposure
- Drive profitability by increasing revenue, controlling costs, & promoting fee-based products (CMS, TFx, EXIM)
- Monitor portfolio health, focusing on SMA & NPA
- Develop growth strategies for BBG and EEG segments, including geographic expansion & complex credit structuring tailored to borrowers’ needs
- Ensure compliance through covenant monitoring & audit oversight
- Collaborate across credit, operations, risk, IT & compliance to streamline policies & processes
- Lead and mentor teams, set performance metrics, & improve operational efficiency via TAT & FTNR controls
- Leverage legal and technical expertise to manage complex cases & present credit proposals to sanctioning authorities
- Oversee end-to-end credit delivery, coordinating sourcing, underwriting, operations, legal, & monitoring for smooth execution.
Qualification required: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Min Exp: 15 years
Max Exp: 20 - 22 years
