EAPAC(East Asia Pacific)ビジネスユニットの日本・ミクロネシア部門において、最高水準のテクノロジーの戦略策定および導入を統括します。
本ポジションは、システム規模とパイプラインの拡大を支援し、当社のテクノロジーソリューションに対するオーナーの支持を促進するとともに、ホテルのテクノロジー投資および運営コストの最適化、ホテルのセキュリティ維持、ならびに施設内でのテクノロジーサポート提供体制の成熟化を推進する責任を負います。

日本＆ミクロネシアにおけるIHGホテルの事業戦略計画と優先事項を支援するため、技術面でのリーダーシップ、ビジョン、戦略を提供する。
日本＆ミクロネシア地域の全ホテルおよびIHGのコーポレート・イニシアチブにおける、テクノロジー導入、展開、保守、サポートサービスを統括する。
日本＆ミクロネシア部門におけるプロダクト＆テクノロジー分野の単一窓口として機能し、主要なステークホルダーとの連携を通じて、ビジネスおよびオーナー価値を高める機会を確実に特定する。
ホテルライフサイクル＆グロースチームやその他の主要なIHGステークホルダーと緊密に連携しつつ、オーナーに対してテクノロジーコンサルティングおよび管理サービスを提供し、新規オープンホテルの円滑な実施を支援する。
プロダクト＆テクノロジー部門、ブランド、オペレーション、およびその他のビジネスリーダーと協力し、日本＆ミクロネシア部門の技術要件（デリバリー手法を含む）が満たされていることを確認するとともに、現地システムとの統合を支援する。
テクノロジー管理サービス（TMS）を統括し、主導する。
IHG本社およびホテル現場の両方で、経験豊富で意欲的かつ有能なプロフェッショナルからなるチームを率い、育成する。
日本＆ミクロネシア部門におけるホテルの財務計画、運営予算および資本予算を監督し、投資が当社のIT戦略と整合していることを確認するとともに、IT投資のビジネスケースが確実に実行されるようにする。

学歴：
コンピュータサイエンス／MIS／IT、経営学、または工学の学士号（修士号保有者優遇）、あるいはこれらに相当する学歴と実務経験の組み合わせ

必須の専門知識および経験：
ホスピタリティ業界の技術関連職における8年以上の実務経験、および当該分野における技術管理の実績
ホスピタリティ業界または関連業界において、多文化環境での業務経験があり、異なる国々のホテル・ベンダー・オーナーを管理した経験
プロパティマネジメントシステム、予約システム、イールドマネジメントシステム、POSシステム、その他のホテル向けシステムに対する確かな理解を伴う、強固なアーキテクチャ基盤およびシステムレベルの知識
グローバル組織において、部門横断的な業務提携を推進した経験
優れた説得力・合意形成能力および分析力
優れたリーダーシップ、チームビルディング能力、対人スキルおよびコミュニケーション能力
英語および日本語の読み・書き・話すがビジネスレベル以上で堪能であること

 

Director Product & Technology Business Partnering Japan & Micronesia (Tokyo Corporate Office)

 

Overall responsibility for the strategy and implementation of a best-in-class technology in Japan and Micronesia division of EAPAC Business Unit. The position is responsible for supporting system size and pipeline growth, driving owner advocacy with our technology solutions, optimizing hotel technology spend and operating costs, maintaining secure hotels and maturing how on-property technology support is delivered.

Provide technology leadership, vision and strategy for the IHG Hotel in Japan & Micronesia in support of business strategic plan and priorities 
Own the technology engagement, deployment, maintenance and support services for all hotels and IHG corporate initiatives in Japan & Micronesia.
Act as the single point of contact for the J&M division for Product & Technology and ensure that opportunities to increase business and owner value are identified through engaging with key stakeholders.
Support the successful delivery of NHOPs by providing technology consultancy & management services to owners whilst partnering closely with the Hotel Lifecycle & Growth teams and other key IHG stakeholders
Collaborate with other Product & Technology functions as well as Brands, Operations and other business leaders to ensure technical requirements (including delivery methodologies) for the J&M division are being met and support integration with local systems.
Owns and lead Technology Management Service (TMS) for J&M division including the expansion of the service. 
Lead and develop teams of highly experienced, motivated and talented professionals both in IHG Corporate and at the hotel level.
Oversee hotel financial planning and operational and capital budgets in the J&M division ensuring that investments align with our IT strategy and business cases for IT investment are successfully delivered.

Educational Attainment:
Bachelor’s degree (Master preferred) with progressive work experience in Computer Science/MIS/IT, Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

Critical Expertise & Experience:
8+ years in Hospitality technology role with demonstrable experience in area Technology management
Experience working with multiple cultures and managing hotels/vendors/Owners across different countries within hospitality or related industry
Strong architectural foundation and systems level knowledge with a demonstrated understanding of Property Management Systems, reservation systems, yield management systems, point of sale systems, and other hotel-based systems
Experience in engaging cross functional working partnerships in a global organization
Strong influencing/consensus building and analytical skills
Strong leadership, team building, interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English & Japanese languages
