- We are seeking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, that has knowledge in regulations and compliance requirements that are applicable to wireless products.
As a Wireless Regulatory Specialist, you will play a crucial role to support our customers (manufacturers) to navigate them through the complex regulatory landscapes, by delivering accurate regulatory information and implementing various solutions to support them to access global markets.
You will also support our Global Market Access (GMA) team located in different parts around the world, so they can support their customers.
Our team is also expanding into new regulatory area such as Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence that is becoming more and more regulated.
We are also implementing digital solutions for making global market access/understand compliance requirements easier for customer. You will also be part of redefining GMA and shaping the new ways of supporting the customer.
- Key expert contact for compliance requirements required to access to specific countries and/or programs.
- Provide point-of-access support to address any local acceptance issues.
- Track regulatory trends and communicate upcoming regulatory changes.
- Identify business opportunity and translate them in a simple manner to stakeholders from COU.
- Coordinate research/studies including multiple products, regulations, countries independently.
- Supports actions related to GMA business expansion scope, track opportunity and business results from COUs.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Perform other duties as directed.
As a UL GMA Knowledge Associate, you will:
- Own Program(s)/Scheme(s) where UL is operating or main point of contact with authorities/UL partners to obtain and necessary knowledge and regulatory requirements to identify GMA business opportunities, define action items to execute and track result related to them.
- Act as main point of contact for delivering knowledge solutions to be PoC for key customers.
- Hold transversal knowledge in GMA schemes, requirements to support COUs needs and business expansion.
- Be the key expert contact for compliance requirements required to access to multiple countries and/or programs
- Track regulatory trends and communicate upcoming regulatory changes
Identify business opportunity and translate them in a simple manner to stakeholders from COU
Lead actions related to GMA business expansion scope, track opportunity and business results from COUs
Support for transversal knowledge of GMA schemes, multiple countries, requirements, areas of regulations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of related experienced.
- Bachelors Degree Engineering, International Relations, or other specialization based on the specific coverage, preferred.
